Document Requirements for Belarus Visa Process:
Passport:
Original Passport with validity of minimum six months(after completion of the trip) and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Also attach all your old passports (if any). (Documents Checklist of Belarus Visa)
Belarus Visa Application Form:
One visa application form and the additional form has to fill and sign.
Photo Dimension for Belarus visa process
Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm)
Furthermore photograph should not more than 3 months old,scan or staple and should not used in any of the previous visas.
Personal Cover Letter: (Documents Checklist of Belarus Visa)
Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning such as name. Designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. Generally the letter should be duly signed by authorised signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Belarus, New Delhi.
Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employee or on plain paper if Employee .
Bank Statements and ITR:
a) Personal ITR for 3 yrs
b) Personal Bank Statement for last six months.
Additionally original Invitation from the tourist organisation of Belarus with tourist voucher or a written invitation by a national of Belarus.
Ticket : Confirmed Air Ticket
Medical Insurance: Health insurance which has to be obtained from the Authorised travel insurance company which are approved by the embassy of Belarus and you can also buy your medical insurance by bookrumz.
