Documents Checklist for Brazil Visa
Mandatory Requirements:
Passport:
Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.
Please Note: So attach all old passports (if any).
Brazil Visa Application Form:
Visa application form has to be filled online and printout of the confirmation page duly signed by the applicant has to be submitted along with the application.
Please Note: Applicants have to upload all the documents along with their signature while filling up the online visa application form and the Embassy will accept the application once all the documents have been uploaded online.
In case of Visit:An original notarised invitation letter from the invitee along with his passport & visa copy and the copy of RNE (Registro Nacional de Estrangeiros).
Bank Statements and ITR:
a) Personal Bank Statement for last three months mentioning the Bank’s name and telephone number clearly.
b) Personal ITR for last three years.
c) Salary Slips for last three months.
Applicant under 18 traveling alone: A notarized Consent letter to be duly signed by parents or guardians along with the proof of guardianship.
Flight Reservation: Ticket Itinerary.
Photo Dimension:
Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-70% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35 mm x 45 mm).
Please note: Photograph should not more than 3 months old, scan or staple and should not used in any of the previous visas.
Personal Cover Letter:
Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, date of travel and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should duly sign from the applicant and address to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil, New Delhi.
Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Medical Insurance:
Applicant has to carry Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.
Please Note: The yellow fever certificate has issued minimum 10 days prior to the travel only from WHO recognised hospitals.
Please Note: Embassy may ask for any additional documents.
